Another great service experience! I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servan I went in for a no charge (under warranty) oil change on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 and had another great experience! The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was his usual courteous and super fast and efficient self! My oil change was done on time and in good time and he ordered me a cargo net for my vehicle and called me two days later to say that it was in. It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle dealt with at Toyotatown when Todd Servant is working! I will go no where else to buy a vehicle or have a vehicle serviced other that Toyotatown because of the great service I get from Todd! Again, well done! More

At drop off Debb walked me through what needed fixed, followed up with phone calls later in the morning as to the car's status and then even greeted me when I arrived to pick up the car after work. It was amazing customer service. I felt completely taken care of the whole way through the appointment. As well, I have terrific service from the shuttle driver who was able to squeeze me in on drop off and pick up - enjoyable conversation. To top it off, the red haired lady who gave me my bill and key was fabulous too. All were kind and respectful. Thank you! More
