Big Dealership. Professional and great value I had decided on a specific car weeks ago and began searching for a used 2016 Rav4 with kilometers and months left on the original warranty. I checked I had decided on a specific car weeks ago and began searching for a used 2016 Rav4 with kilometers and months left on the original warranty. I checked with several dealerships and a few 3rd party dealers, test drove a few and made a couple of offers, none of which were accepted - UNTIL I visited ToyotaTown. They had two Toyota-certified, used Rav4's. I test drove them both, spoke at length with their salesman (Kevin S.) who had answers to all my questions. And then, when it came to negotiations, Kevin had obviously listened very closely to what was important to me. I got more than I was hoping for. The dealership also has additional benefits when it comes to buying a car there, none of which I was offered at any other dealer. So... ToyotaTown had the product, had a sales person who knew what he was talking about, had the prices and additional benefits... It was an easy decision for me. I highly recommend this dealership. More
