The email contact was a bit confusing as I was contacted by a couple of different reps, but I'm pleased that all of the in person contact and final sales details were handled by Toyota Tim (sales) and Rita (finance). Those two were extremely nice and knowledgable. I could not have been in better hands. Toyota Tim is the only person I've met that has sounded enthusiastic about safety features that he probably has to discuss every day. They were both able to answer any questions or concerns I could throw at them. The dealership itself seems to be clean and well laid out. It even has a small cafe bar that serves beverages and food. There was a lot of care taken throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was freshly detailed, full of gas, and ready to go when I got there to pick it up. From my decision to purchase it, to the pickup date, was only 2 business days. I opted to have the rust protection spray and under coating, yet the deadlines were still met. More

The last two times we have worked with Helena Vrabec. My husband took the car in before Christmas for an oil change and regular maitenance. After inspection, we needed new front & back brakes, new rear struts, and an oil leak fixed in the engine. After discussing things with Helena, we went ahead with the front brakes & she had the remainder of the work arranged to be completed after Christmas. She made sure that I could get a loaner vehicle while ours was in service. She is very personable & always goes the extra distance for her clients. She arranged to get a light detailing done to our vehicle. It looked really nice when I picked it up. Helena Vrabec goes a long way to enhance the customer experience & represent your company. Time estimates for getting the work done this morning were accurate - actually my car was ready before the time discussed. Peter has looked after me before. He's calm, pleasant and very professional. He has the ability to explain all situations I've run into so far in easy-to-understand terms and explains pros & cons of doing VS not doing the work in a way that make deciding what to do easy.
