( This has happened twice at other dealerships ) He answered all our questions..was very knowledgeable! And super patient with us. He introduced us to Nicole who was equally amazing! We were chatting while we waited for things to go through. We had so much in common. We felt like she was an old friend. When everything was done she gave us a hug and welcomed us to the Toyota family! And we certainly feel like we are part of that family. We have been to quite a few dealerships but Toyota is honestly the best we have ever dealt with. We never thought we could afford a Toyota but we were really surprised how great the price was!
