Peace of mind and honesty 😁 This morning I showed up to Toyotatown service bay without an appointment. Jason ( a familiar face) a Senior Service advisor greeted me with his usua This morning I showed up to Toyotatown service bay without an appointment. Jason ( a familiar face) a Senior Service advisor greeted me with his usual smile and pleasant demeanour. I told him that I didn’t have an appointment today but had a sleepless night because of service appointment I had done ( the first and only time) at another Toyota dealership closer to my home yesterday. I recalled the events of yesterday’s service at ANOTHER dealership and that it had left me very distraught and questioning the integrity their service department especially the service advisor I dealt with there!!! Jason told me that it was no problem to have a look at my car right away and immediately put my mind at ease. Jason opened the hood of my vehicle, had a look around and then went into the service bay and came out with 2 individuals; Joe Moniz and Sandrae Chen. They looked with a flashlight at my water pump and decided to put my vehicle up on a hoist just to have a better look. After they closed the hood to move my vehicle into the service bay, Sandrae notice that my windshield wipers on the front of my vehicle were ripped ( the other dealership changed my oil yesterday and supposedly did an inspection of my vehicle of fluid levels etc but missed this) !! After inspecting my vehicle, Joe Moniz brought me back into the service bay.... explained things and showed me and most IMPORTANTLY assured me that I would have no problems with regards to my water pump on my return trip to Toronto. When I asked the other dealership if it was safe for this they gave me no assurances and wanted to do it ASAP . The service advisor at the OTHER dealership even said with regards to having the water pump replaced, “You don’t have to pay for it ; it is covered under warranty.” Lastly, Toyotatown replaced my wiper blades and took the time to inspect my vehicle and most importantly, put my mind at ease with regards to my vehicle’s safety. When I asked to pay ... they told me there was no charge and to have a good trip!! I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Toyotatown and had my vehicle service done there over the years. They are VERY HONEST , VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY COMPETENT!! Thank you Jason, Joe and Sandrae for helping me out today!! More
Consistent Satisfaction I've been getting my service work done at ToyotaTown since purchasing my vehicle there and I have always been satisfied. Recently it has required some costly repair work which is always a little stressful. However recognizing the age and mileage on my vehicle, it is understandable. I was very happy with the service advisor Helena on my last two visits. She is a very friendly employee, and very detailed in explaining the repair requirements and processes involved. We entered ToyotaTown and had the freedom to browse through cars in the parking lot. As we had some questions, we were immediately acknowledged by this happy and willing fellow, Justin Maki, who asked us a couple of questions and, with knowledge and practicality, took us to the exact car we were looking for! He was objective and reasonable, at the same time he gave us time to ponder and decide what was the best for our financial situation. Moving up to a Lexus We went to meet with Sylvia Donovan to trade a Tocoma truck, the reason for the truck has changed. We thought we would be trading for another Rav4 bu We went to meet with Sylvia Donovan to trade a Tocoma truck, the reason for the truck has changed. We thought we would be trading for another Rav4 but a new model. We felt the new model did not have any deals and the interest rate was too high. Sylvia suggested looking at the Lexus NX300. My first sitting in the SUV, I knew this would be the best lease for us. We were going to Florida so when we picked up the Lexus, we left immediately for Florida from the show room. It was the best drive we have had. Tom has a bad back and he was ready to sleep in the SUV since the seats were so comfortable. This was the best lease we have had and that we were able to afford with the rebates and low interest rate. We are both very impressed with the Lexus NX300. Thank you so much Sylvia for suggesting this vehicle to us, we both love it. More

Amanda took the time to help fix ( smooth out) a parking lot 'scratch' so that it almost disappeared - much to my relief. She also recommended some alignment correction and upcoming preventive maintenance, which she explained in detail to my daughter - not only what it was, but how it would impact her car and driving. All in all a friendly, personal, and trusting experience. It will help keep us coming back. . More
