Another amazing experience!!! I brought my 4Runner in today for some regular maintenance, covered under my extended warranty, and to have a block heater installed. As usual, Todd S I brought my 4Runner in today for some regular maintenance, covered under my extended warranty, and to have a block heater installed. As usual, Todd Servant, the Service Advisor, slotted me in exactly when I could go and had the shuttle pick me up at exactly the right time. While the vehicle was being looked after, he made sure that my brakes were looked at closely and had them tuned up, he made sure that the two air filters were examined and changed out, he filled my windshield wiper fluid reservoir and he made sure my vehicle was returned to me very, very clean! The entire experience was efficient, timely and very smooth! Todd always gives me his full attention and gives my vehicle his full attention when I am there for service. My entire appointment was wonderful! I always recommend Todd and Toyotatown to anyone I am speaking to about vehicles and service! I will go no where else! More

Excellent Staff, Great Dealership and Experience My wife and I came to Toyota Town in London in search of a new vehicle for her, and Ken immediately was able to assist us in finding exactly what she My wife and I came to Toyota Town in London in search of a new vehicle for her, and Ken immediately was able to assist us in finding exactly what she needed in a 2019 Corolla Hatchback. His knowledge of the vehicles coupled with his experience in financing within the budget we gave him ended up giving us an excellent experience. All of the people at Toyota Town including Ken were wonderful to work with. (In fact so great that I decided to trade in my own competitor brand vehicle for an all new 2019 Tacoma.)
