He also led us to believe that the Advantage Plus membership with ToyotaTown was included in the price of about $600 and that we could take it off. We were then sent to finance with Vladimir. He started telling us how much it costs to fix any problems on the car and tried to sell us the premium warranty. Vladimir said we cannot take off the Advantage Plus in lieu of the extended warranty. Stephanie Davis then came to confirm that. When picking up the car Vladimir charged us for new license plates but did not order them. There ownership was put in the wrong person's name. Lastly, 3 bill of sale's were generated because of the errors. I was so frustrated I was in tears. Vladimir's name is not on the list and he said he has worked here for 19 years. 1 star for him. First they make you fall in love with a car and then build the costs by scaring tactics on top of the list price. You have no choice but to pay for the Advantage Plus membership, meaning that the price of the car is the same whether you opt in or out of the $600 membership. More

Peter Engelmanas My car was stolen in February and once found, I brought it into Toyota Town service. Luckily Peter was assigned to my Rav4. My insurance company was refusing to pay for certain services and Peter went to bat for me. He called me daily with the updates and in the end managed to get my insurance company to pay for all that needed to be done. This went on for weeks, but Peter always kept in touch, he was very personable and helpful. He definitely went above and beyond, I hope to always have Peter to work with whenever I need maintenance done on my vehicle. More
