I met a number of staff members right from Receptionist to Sales Manager. Shawn Longworth took the time to discuss all the vehicle features and safety aspects (not just the vanity mirrors). He was great answering all my questions and happy to repeat any details when I was experiencing information overload. Rav 4 service appointment On arrival to the dealership I was brought in and Robert Dako service adviser immediately approached me and greeted me with a smile. It is always nice On arrival to the dealership I was brought in and Robert Dako service adviser immediately approached me and greeted me with a smile. It is always nice to feel welcome to the dealership . Robert asked me if I had any issues with my leased Rave 4 and he quickly addressed my concerns . I was offered a drink coupon and advised about how long it would take to perform the initial maintenance. Robert advised me about an issue with a front right wheel bearing and I decided to have it repaired . The technicians quickly removed and replaced the defective part and my Rav 4 was ready to go including full service as per the 6 month schedule. More
