They Were There For Me When I Needed Them I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, diagnose the problem, and I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, diagnose the problem, and replace in the alternator all in one day. I had the car back by 3 pm on that Saturday. My concern was document I phoned quite late at night with a gas fumes complaint and was directed to an online chat window on the Toyotatown web site. My concern was documented. Toyotatown phoned me back very early the next morning. I was able to speak directly with a technician. He listened to my concern. I was reassured that my car was still useable in the interim. I was given the first service appointment of the next day. My car was fully checked over. That took over an hour. My car did not require servicing. I was given a complete overview of what they checked. I was advised of what to look for in the future and encouraged to return if I had any further concerns. After all of this, there was no charge to me. I received timely, thorough, friendly customer service.
