My experience at toyota town was great. I had to bring my 3 year old daughter with me which can prove quite difficult at times. Kevin Swan was not only a great sales man but was also great with my daught my 3 year old daughter with me which can prove quite difficult at times. I had a great experience and I am very happy to give Todd 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at an 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at another dealership. He pointed out what should be done, the costs involved and we agreed that safety was most important. He kept in touch with me while my vehicle was there and let me know what was found during his inspection. He was friendly, open and honest and that's something I appreciate. If you need anything done from a Toyota dealership, Toyota Town's Todd Servant is the guy to go to. He'll go over and above to give you the best service!! More
