David sold my mom a new Highlander and I went with her to pick it up. He explained all the paperwork in detail. He even hopped in and helped us get her cell phone paired with the car and answered all of our pick it up. He explained all the paperwork in detail. Good Experience for the purchase of my first car! This was my first experience with a car dealership and it definitely left a good impression. Suzanne was effective and efficient to work with. I knew This was my first experience with a car dealership and it definitely left a good impression. Suzanne was effective and efficient to work with. I knew the model I wanted and she showed me the options within my budget and I found a great Rav4 that was very well detailed and in great condition when I picked it up! The car only came with one key which I wasn't made aware of until later in the process and it would have been great if they could thrown in a second copy. Suzanne responded promptly to phone, email and text when I had questions. Nicole helped me with finances and was able to match the loan rates the banks gave me. She made me aware of all of the "Extras" that were available but at no point did I feel pressured. She even let me mull it over for a couple days and do some research which was perfect. I was offered a good deal on their overstock winter tires/rims! Thanks for all your help Toyota Town! More
