Well Organized My service was done because of a recall and it went very smoothly. On arrival Instructions given were clear and concise and I was contacted earlier t My service was done because of a recall and it went very smoothly. On arrival Instructions given were clear and concise and I was contacted earlier than expected when my car was ready. Instructions when leaving were also easy to follow and it was apparent that the inside of my car had been disinfected/cleaned re Covid 19. The only drawback was that the shuttle was not available, which required finding transportation to and from the dealership and the signage on the door was a tad confusing, because two signs stated Do Not Enter with a sign below stating Unless to Pick Up Car. But, overall quite pleased by all staff that I encountered. More
