A Modern Well-organized Dealership I have been using this dealership for many years, along with another one in Midland, ON. I have no complaints other than that their service advisors sometimes try to "upsell" some service or other. Since I have been around cars, and have often serviced them myself, I am usually able to decline these unnecessary services. More

Excellent salesman!! I had excellent service on my first and third visit. The salesman was amazing. Tried very hard to meet all my needs and expectations. I saw him on all three visits - purchasing my car on my third visit. Only downside was a gentleman I saw on my second visit when I brought my car in for estimated turn in value. He was extremely rude and couldn't have cared less if I purchased a car or not. The salesman was mortified. I did return the next day and purchased a 2016 Toyota Prius because of the salesman. I didn't think it fair for me to go to a different location because of one man. That visit was excellent and I purchased my car. More
