Hi Matt, I did reach out to you via email but, as per my review, did not receive a response yet from your dealership. Some other details are, he wouldn't tell me the best trade in allowance being offered (didn't think I had to ask) and this would be my 2nd Corolla. So we would become a 2 Corolla family but this didn't seem to interest your dealership.

Hello "Honestly", I understand from your response that you emailed me after your visit, my apologies, I can't seem to find that email and certainly didn't see it at the time you sent it. Further more, I wasn't in the dealership for a few days, that being the reason for the delay getting back to you. If there is anything that I can offer you that we haven't provided you when you visited us, please let me know and I'll be certian to address these concerns. From what I can tell, your experience at Toyota on the Park didn't live up to your expectations and if you wanted to explore your options with us again, I'm comitted to making this experience a better on. I had a 2014 Sentra SR to trade (with 45kms) and would like to trade it against one of the 2015 (or newer) Corollas you have in stock. After waiting almost a month for any response or resolution from this dealer, we're still nowhere. As I mentioned in another review, are we starting to see the "too big to fail" mentality from Toyota dealers in the GTA? They know their Corollas are in high demand, and don't care if customers have a bad experience. I may need to begin considering Hyundai or Honda at this rate...
