At first we were looking at used cars but then we were presented with the option of a new car for not that much of a difference. We ended up getting a new 2016 Rav4 LE with the upgrade package at a similar price that we would have paid for the used Rav4's we were looking at! Bob helped us pick the right car at a considerable price and with great payment options. This was the 2nd time I was buying a car from this dealership and with Bob's help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and strongly recommend asking for Bob from sales when looking to buy! More

His steady composure and reassurance in sales made us feel more comfortable in making our car purchase/lease, and his taking our offer to the sales manager and negotiating our lease was done with good business acumen and resolve. We also appreciated Jure's honesty in taking the time to explain the benefits of leasing with the various options, and pointing out the multiple security deposits feature which was made available to valued past clients. Chris thoroughly explained the breakdown from the MSRP to our deal price, as shown on the lease agreement, so we could understand and appreciate the financial benefits of the sales transaction. Conrad also took the time to patiently answer our questions on the lease, especially since this was the first time we leased (and not purchased), so we were relatively unfamiliar with the terminology and wording.
