Alif clearly presented our options in a way that was understandable and which made it easier to make a decision. His steady composure and reassurance in sales made us feel more comfortable in making our car purchase/lease, and his taking our offer to the sales manager and negotiating our lease was done with good business acumen and resolve. We also appreciated Jure's honesty in taking the time to explain the benefits of leasing with the various options, and pointing out the multiple security deposits feature which was made available to valued past clients. Chris thoroughly explained the breakdown from the MSRP to our deal price, as shown on the lease agreement, so we could understand and appreciate the financial benefits of the sales transaction. Conrad also took the time to patiently answer our questions on the lease, especially since this was the first time we leased (and not purchased), so we were relatively unfamiliar with the terminology and wording.
