He took me on a test drive, answered all my questions and even followed up with me the next day to wish me a safe journey back to Victoria. He was a pleasure to talk with and very knowledgeable about the car and it's different trim packages. He gave great customer service and took the time to answer all my questions even though I was not going to purchase the car through that dealership. We are very satisfied with overall experience we had at Toyota on the Park in purchasing our 2017 Highlander. Peter was very keen, informative and helpful during the negotiation process, promptly addressing any questions I had and made himself available to meet my fluctuating schedule. This is my first hybrid, my first car with digital screens and other bells and whistles, a Peter D'Costa was very helpful and knowledgable, top notch. This is my first hybrid, my first car with digital screens and other bells and whistles, and he took the time to set up my preferences, help me understand the screens, arranged for things like winter tires and so on. I love my Prius! It is the most economical AND fuel-efficient hybrid in its class on the market. I looked at other hybrids, nothing matches the Prius C for value as far as I could tell. More

I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander and believe me I was one of those anxious customer. However, Ali was great, he calmed me down, return my calls, assure me that I was making the best purchase ever. He explained the warranties and its benefits in great detail.
