Prompt and thorough This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation that I came in because my past dealer service experience (with another brand) was not a happy one. I'm doing so because my new car purchase included the three years of servicing. I arrived just before the appointed hour, and someone outside told me where to bring the car (into a warm, dry area!) and when I stepped out, Amanda was right there, with the records. She told me when to expect the car to be ready, and since I'd forgotten my phone, gave me a pager to take up to the (clean, bright) lounge so they could let me know when it was ready. It ended up being ready about 15 minutes earlier than advised. 10/10! More
