Terrible Experience I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his words perfect condition, my eyes are pretty bad so in the most part I had to rely on what the Salesman said, when I arrived home my wife looked at the car and said do you know about all the scratches on every single panel? I had no idea, so I called the dealership the following day where I spoke to a guy who called himself the general manager (although if he is he has been very lucky as he is in the wrong job) he basically said were not interested even though I had the car less than 24hrs but promised somebody would call me back its now a week later and nobody has called apparently they are all to busy!!! But my initial enquiry was on a Sunday night at 2100hrs and two people reached out to me then so the morale of this is if you want a Toyota get one but don't go anywhere near these crooks. More

He was able to answer all our questions and concerns, and the nicest part was that he wasn't no pushing, he's main concern is the customer and you can feel that. Matt Treacy was very aggressive with his pricing and gave me a sense that he wanted my business. Their pricing was the lowest coupled with a great experience, that will make me come back for all my vehicles needs. Ali Nikpour was excellent to deal with on the finance side and was very straight forward ensuring that we were aware of all the programs that were available for our Highlander and our needs. When the vehicle was delivered we had the pleasure of dealing with Jure Rossini who took us through the vehicle and its options. He was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with.
