above and beyond my expectations; very pleasant surprise I was in a panic when I heard the weather forecast calling for flurries in a few days. My usual dealership could not accommodate me, nor another garage until next week. I called TOTP and they were able to fit me in tonight. The staff, in particular Anastasia (sp?) were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They seemed happy to be there,.....very different from my experience at my usual dealership, and I felt that I was valued as a customer. I even called back with a silly question, but they professionally and patiently answered my question. I will be thinking about TOTP for all my future service and new car purchase needs. stressfull and a hassle we bought our first brand new car, it was a happy moment which turned to a very stressful process, from negotiating the deal to finalizing it nothing we bought our first brand new car, it was a happy moment which turned to a very stressful process, from negotiating the deal to finalizing it nothing went as agreed we just had to haggle a lot for everything that was agreed in the beginning, i would not recommend going there but if you do from start to end best pay attention to every details they say and put on paper, no time consideration, calls us according to their time at which still no one is available to attend to you, even the receptionist has no idea how to deal with clients, it was exhausting process had we not put a deposit definitely take our business else where More

Unsatisfied I brought my 2016 rav 4 hybrid for collission repair to Balthazar Pisarek body shop consultant. So he keeps ignoring my concern and he only look on his point of view. The good thing I brought it to Scarborough Toyota and Chris the body shop manager dealt the situation. Pls never deal with this guy Balthazar or your life will be in xxxx . Kudos to Chris of Scarborough Toyota because he saved my day. More

My Sales Consultant was and is Mike Fawad Ghowsi, was in that that purchased is completed and is because if I decided to purchase another Toyota Mike would be my Consultant of choice. Mike displayed that firstly he was interested in his Clients needs, listened attentively, eye contact throughout conversation, respected my requests and answered all the concerns I had about any potential purchase. This interaction was of great importance to me and garnered my respect for Mike as a person. He was very honest and forthright with his responses. At no time did Mike make me feel that at all cost I had to purchase, he did not at any time coerce or push the sale, it was a question of me being valued by Toyota and if I purchased the sale would be mutually beneficial, in that He and Toyota on the Park would always be there for me. It was indeed a comforting feeling.
