I met Jason straight off. I told him exactly how I wanted to proceed and he respected my wishes right throughout the sale. He knew I was looking at several makes and models and, instead of pressuring me to buy Toyota, showed me what Toyota had to offer and patiently waited until I was ready to buy. He never tried to force numbers or a sale on me - and I respond positively to that kind of approach.. Two small problems were immediately rectified by Jason and I have no doubt he will be there for me down the road. You can't go wrong at Toyota on the Park. Ask for Jason Banwell. More

He checked with me on what my needs were and made sure that the vehicle would fit those needs. He was very patient as well and made sure I was comfortable with my choice with no pressure. He answered all my questions quickly and with good knowledge and confidence. Once the car was ready, Peter also made sure I knew where the vehicle features were and also showed me the service center and also helped book my first service appointment. On the finance side, Ali was also very throrough and ensured that I knew what each cost meant and what I should be expecting in detail. As with Peter, he answered all my questions and concerns very well and it boosted my already high confidence of selecting to deal with Toyota. Overall, I came out extremely happy with my experience, and, even after a few weeks, still really love the vehicle I got. Could not have been more glad to visit this Toyota dealership and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More

She is such an amazing person and really put a smile on my face just the way she deals with both customers and employees. She is so friendly and her vibe of friendliness just made me feel welcome and happy. Also to add I usually wait a long time for the service but today was a better experience and didn't have to wait longer than an hour which was amazing!!! If you are a customer reading this and would like my opinion about this particular location and the staff, I would rate Amanda and the employees that who serviced my vehicle a 100 stars because I think 5 stars is too little for the service they provide!
