The staff, especially Mr Mario Ng ( I think he is the service manager), were very helpful courteous and professional. I felt like a VIP by the way Mr. Ng addressed me and provided me with the assurance and comfort that I have come to the right dealership to have my car serviced, my winter tires swapped and provided me with valuable and detailed information for my purchase of a new set of all season tires. It was not just me; while waiting for the complimentary shuttle to drop me at the nearest subway, I witnessed how he gave the same VIP treatment and courtesy to the other customers. The service consultant Mr Hon Ho was also very polite and professional and helpful. I have been to other dealerships in previous years for my other car and previously to a non-Toyota dealer; but Toyota on the Park is by far the best I've experienced. More

From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly staff who truly work hard to make sure that you feel like all your needs are being met, you are comfortable, and you have an overall great experience. We highly recommend this dealership and would suggest the entire sales team that we worked with. They were each wonderful on their own merit and expertise areas but you can also tell they are a cohesive team and the overall atmosphere of the dealership is inviting, positive and enthusiastic. I think they like going to work. This entire team is conscientious, authentic in their interactions with you, knowledgeable on the product and services - you can tell they value their customers and will truly go the extra mile to ensure that you have a great experience from the moment you walk into their showroom to the time you drive out in your new car. They understand that buying new car is a big deal/decision and that sometimes it is difficult to part with your old one (9yr old Corolla) even for a younger, shinier model with A LOT more features. :) Just go see for yourself - you won't be disappointed! The main reason for the purchase was the level of service and complete dediacation towards customer satisfaction provided by Paul Barreto starting from the initial contact up to and then well after taking delivery of the vehicle. As one example we encountered diffficulty some time after taking the car with setting up and operating the communication package. Paul volunteered to help and spent considerable time addressing our problems and offered if necessary to help us again. Nancy is incredibly customer focused, always a smile on her face and has not only exceeded my expectations but has turned me into a raving fan of hers and Toyota on the Park.
