Impressive and Rare!! I was with my mother picking up her new preowned Yaris which was purchased over the phone and through email. I'm a Customer Service Specialist and not easily impressed but I certainly was today, from the moment we walked in the door. I have never met such friendly, courteous people that make you feel important like we did today. Justin was our sales rep and treated us like we were family.
