Very helpful My car has an odd problem where water leaks onto the floor of the passenger side. Took my car in numerous times to another dealer and they basically My car has an odd problem where water leaks onto the floor of the passenger side. Took my car in numerous times to another dealer and they basically told me to go away and come in whenever water leaked and that they would clean it up. Their solution was to periodically clean the tube going to the AC. I went to see Anastasia at Toyota on the Park - she was very helpful and understanding, and reassured me that they would work on identifying the problem and fixing it while my car was still within warranty. I am going to see her again as soon as I see a leak again. Thank you!! More

Corolla CE Lease - Treated like a millionaire Toyota on the Park is on the site of the old Inn on the Park (Four Seasons) luxury hotel - an architectural gem that sadly was demolished - and when I Toyota on the Park is on the site of the old Inn on the Park (Four Seasons) luxury hotel - an architectural gem that sadly was demolished - and when I was a kid we used to go there. Four Seasons grew because they provided excellent service to everyone from regular people to millionaires who live in the Bridle Path, and I felt the same way here, even though we were looking at a base model Corolla. The car was for a close relative who needed my help, and we had been trying to finance a Kia Rio but with Kia purchase financing it means going through BMO or another bank, and the problem we had was my relative is only out of bankruptcy a few years... even with a co-signer it looked dicey so we never filled out the forms for the Kia. Through CarCostCanada we were given Justin's name, and this lead to a phone conversation with Chris and he made it sound like we would be able to do a lease through Toyota's finance company... Chris was very helpful and we were pre-approved. The 2015 Corolla CE is a really sharp looking car, unlike the blander previous generations (Note: the CE also has the old style transmission, not a CVT like the other models, which was important). A 5 year lease is cheap because of the high resale value and the 0.99% interest rate on a Corolla lease offered in July... you can run the numbers on Toyota''s website to compare for yourself. Anyway, everything went smoothly and quickly and was as promised. Justin made sure the car was spotless when delivered. If you are looking for a used car, you might find that a 5 year lease on a Corolla makes more sense - monthly payments are low and you get a warranty for 3-5 years, and after that you can buy it out knowing the Corolla is reliable - just ask your mechanic which cars are the most trouble free and least costly to own. So it was a great experience and there was not a lot of pressure or haggling necessary. I would definitely recommend this dealership More

I live in Richmond Hill Ontario and I already done my search, Not too sure that I am ready to spend more times and listen to the same stories about the same car and still am I going to get a good deal?! Anyway, I drove there and signed the paper to lease a new Toyota RAV4 2015 in less than 2 hours!! This all happen as a result of trust in negotiation. ``OUTSTANDING`` I met Justin Praamsma a couple of months ago when I was shopping at Home Depot in Brampton. He introduce himself simply:” I am Justin and I am Seles C I met Justin Praamsma a couple of months ago when I was shopping at Home Depot in Brampton. He introduce himself simply:” I am Justin and I am Seles Consultant at Toyota”. After a short conversation he handled to me his business card. At the beginning of July 2015 my family made a decision to purchase a new SUV. I visited a number of dealers within the GTA: Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi Toyota, Nisan etc. None of the sales representative I met was able to convince me to purchase from him. Most of them was knowledgeable of interior of the cars, but had very limited technical knowledge. I decided to call Justin. On the phone He said:” Come to us, we are really very good”. I leave in Brampton and he works at Leslie & Eglinton. Long drive, but I decided to go. It was Friday July 17th. I arrived at Toyota on the Park around 12.30. At 3.00 PM I left Toyota on the Park with a purchase of a new (2015) Toyota RAV4 Limited-Technology Package. Justin made the whole experience exceptional. Everything was taken care of (technically too) and I never felt pushed or rushed. I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was to purchase with Justin’s help.
