She kept me informed as to the work that needed to be done (and there was a lot), the cost of repairs was item Anastasia was a pleasure to deal with. When a requested emissions test was inadvertently forgotten, Anastasia got right on it and ensured it was completed before I arrived to pick up my vehicle. I was well-advised during the course of the repairs and she also managed all the arrangements for a rental car on my behalf. I basically was able to go about my business while she handled eveything related to my service appointment in the background. I've had occasion to get other work done at Toyota on the Park, and I've been consistently impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy that Service Centre staff show to their customers; Anastasia continues that tradition.
