Service and repair There were several items on the to do list today. Some of them had been delayed, as there is only so far that the repair dollars can reach. My service There were several items on the to do list today. Some of them had been delayed, as there is only so far that the repair dollars can reach. My service consultant was Hon Kwong Ho. He has always been very much a positive experience for me at Toyota on the Park. Today was no different. I was about to spend quite a few dollars on much needed repairs, and Hon understood the stress of that type of action on me, the customer. In short, he was very good at his job. In the end, I got all of the required work done and my 9 year old Camry Hybrid is running very smoothly, ready for the winter. Because the job was going to take most of the day, Hon arranged for their shuttle service to take me home, and then to come and get me after the work was done. This is a great service. I do have one area of concern. I understand the reason why an hourly rate has to be placed upon an individual piece of work, when a car has been brought in for a particular servicing requirement. However, I fail to understand why the hourly rate per item is charged, when the car is in for servicing for a whole day. More

We had to wait quite a while at various stages of the process, so don't be in a hurry. The finance officer answered all our questions by email and phone clearly and helpfully, even after hours. Our salesman sat in the new car with us for a long time when we picked it up, explaining all the features and setting up our phone and music presets and Bluetooth phone connections. The dealership is very attractive and spacious, with a second-floor snack bar and pleasant, quiet seating area for waiting for vehicle servicing. We have had good experiences with the shuttle service. More
