Best experience ever in buying a new car I consider this the best experience that I ever had in buying a new car. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Corolla Sports model, so that made my first ch I consider this the best experience that I ever had in buying a new car. I knew that I wanted a Toyota Corolla Sports model, so that made my first choice easy. The reception person was very friendly and prompt and introduced me quickly to Mohammed Irfan Shaikh. I am used to haggling for hours over price, but our negotiation went quickly as the sales manager agreed to a very good price early in the negotiation. I appreciated this. Irfan asked me to consider a moon roof upgrade for the car since I was helping to buy a car for my young nephew (and it was his first car). Good decision. My nephew loved the Toyota sport with the moon roof and other options. Irfan was very friendly and professional. The dealer even stayed open later after 9:30 PM to accommodate my late purchase (and to give my nephew a chance to arrive to sign the deal) Many thanks to Alice Lake the finance person who also was patient and stayed late to complete the contract. Everything went smooth and we just picked up the car Aug 26. It was in perfect shape and Irfan spent a generous amount of time with my nephew to ensure he knew all of the controls and features of the car. We appreciated the sales manager and Alice greeting us again to congratulate us on the new car. Thanks to the whole Toyota on the park team for their friendly and professional approach to selling cars. I would highly recommend this first class dealer to anyone. We were delightfully welcomed by Mr. Mohammed Irfan Shaikh and with our interest in purchasing a RAV4 in mind, he very knowledgeably and tactfully helped us to make the selection that is most suitable for us. We did not have any previous experience of owning a car through dealership, which concerned us a little bit. But Irfan Shaikh's dedicated assistance and thorough explanations along with solid suggestions made the whole process not only easy but we also felt very satisfied with our decision. No doubt about it - he is an excellent salesman who is professional and very skilled at what he does. Even after the ownership was complete and we took the car home, we had to come back later on due to an issue with the Bluetooth connectivity. And as expected, Mr. Shaikh did not hesitate to diligently guide us towards the solution. We would definitely recommend simply anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go to Toyota on the Park and ask for Mr. Shaikh's assistance. We would also recommend Ms. Alice Lake's and Ms. Benni Saleh's efficient service who helped us with the financing of the car. They both were extremely nice and very straightforward in explaining the different aspects of the deal. The overall experience at Toyota on the Park has been an incredible one.
