I asked Peter a lot of questions regarding this model and he explained all my queries with a very good demonstration which finally led me to purchase the 2016 RAV4 AWD XLE. It was really a pleasure to have such an impressive person who guided and helped me to take this decision. When the term came for Finance options, Benni helped me to calculate my options for finance. It was a series of questions from my side but Benni explained them all without any hesitation. My overall experience was simply awesome!!! More

Reasons were because lack of customer service, the people were not sincerely helping, and price didn't make sense. However, at TOYOTA ON THE PARK I had a very different car buying experience. I bought a 2007 Corolla CE from them. The staffs from Client Service, Manager, Supervisor, Sales, Finance literally everyone did a GREAT JOB, They served and answered all of my concerns, questions in a straightforward manner. Definitely recommend TOYOTA ON THE PARK at Leslie and Eglinton to anyone who's looking to buy a Toyota/car. More
