I'm 38 weeks pregnant and found myself without my beloved Toyota Yaris due to extreme vandalism. I was concerned about shopping for a vehicle in this state, as I felt sure to be taken advantage of - I couldn't have been more wrong! First of all, Nick and Chris (my pre-owned product advisor and sales manager respectively) are two of the friendliest, most approachable, respectful men I have had the pleasure if doing business with. While I'm not sure that I would agree with Chris that buying a new vehicle is "super fun", I will say that they calmed my fears and significantly lowered my stress level with their no-nonsense, low pressure approach to sales. I was in the market to upgrade to a family sized vehicle, and both Chris and Nick spent time discussing my options, and answering my questions completely. There was never a time I felt belittled or pandered to (as women often do when shopping for a car). These gentlemen are absolute class. I was given the opportunity to test drive a number of vehicles, to really "get to know them" and to literally fall in love with my purchase. Chris and Nick were patient, and available to me as I left the dealership and returned with my husband a few hours later, When it came time for negotiations it felt more like a conversation between friends. I was clear about my expectations and needs, and Chris was eager to please. I am so happy to report that we both left the table extremely satisfied. My new-to-me 2013 Venza is a dream come true. While in to see finance, I met Chris and Alan - both knowledgable and friendly. The experience was efficient and painless. Both were organized and courteous - two of my favorite customer service qualities! There were some top notch service moments for me. This was demonstrated when Nick offered to pick me up at my rental car location so that I could seemlessly drop off my rental and pick up my new vehicle, without missing my late afternoon appointment. This for me was going above the call of duty. He also followed up by phone and text message to ensure that my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied. Nick is such a friendly unassuming personality - couldn't be further from the car salesperson stereotype. I'd be so happy to recommend my friends and family to him. Additionally, when I had to bring back my car the next day for installation of a car starter, Nick and Chris arranged for me a service loaner (which I know is a rare thing in this time of shuttle service). With my comfort in mind, they ensured that I would have a larger, more comfortable vehicle - what with my heavily pregnant status! So sweet! Lastly, I will also note that there was a group smoking near the entrance of the building and Chris chased them away, defending me and my unborn - so gallant and greatly appreciated. In summary - I couldn't be happier with my new car or my experience at Kingsway Toyota. Of course, I have come to know only great service from this location from my past experience with new sales and service with my Yaris, but I can't stress enough how impressed I was with the kindness, professionalism and integrity displayed from start to finish. Because of haikus experience, my relationship with Toyota is further strengthened, and I look forward to a long, happy relationship for years to come. Thank you thank you thank you!
