Misrepresented availability We are in the market to buy a Sienna. We called and checked for the available new stock and after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the sales guy, We are in the market to buy a Sienna. We called and checked for the available new stock and after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the sales guy, we were told that indeed the mentioned two Sienna's were on the lot and available. It was agreed upon that we would meet the sales person in the AM. Upon on arrival, the salesperson was not available and we were passed on what appeared to be the "closer". After test driving, we were told that this was not the car we had discussed, and they both SOLD in between near closing the day before and the mid morning hour that we had arrived. In fact, if we wanted to we could buy the more expensive top of the line trim, as only that is available now. We were shocked by the turn of events that after spending over 2 hours at the dealership we were left with no real options and a great deal of time wasted. We had followup calls re pressured sale of the top trim . We were left quite shocked with how everything fell apart around us as we were ready to purchase that day. I do believe in honest dealings. It is hard to imagine how one can make a significant purchase while feeling being treating dishonestly and taken advantage of. This is not a small dealership and likely is large volume shop. Very surprised at this transaction and turn of events. More

Used vehicle purchase We purchased our pre-owned 2012 Lincoln Navigator from John Mayhew at the beginning of this year. We were hesitant to purchase a pre-owned vehicle but We purchased our pre-owned 2012 Lincoln Navigator from John Mayhew at the beginning of this year.
