When we were closer to making a decision to purchase, he introduced us to his manager. Alan, the sales manager was direct with us so no one wasted any time. He made us an offer on the car we were considering and said to think it over. When we didn't accept it, he asked us to offer him a price we were comfortable paying and we went from there. The negotiation was fairly quick and my parents left feeling like they got a good deal. Its all about the customers feeling good about the purchase and I think they accomplished that with us. As far as dealing with car salesman and car dealerships go, this was relatively pleasant. More

Good service overall A little too much time spent on the meet and greet. Also felt the sales pressure of add-on services needed. A lot of the items checked with the oil change and brake inspection were also included in the maintenance inspection. So redundant and some money wasted. More

Staff were good about getting me in and set up with a shuttle in a timely fashion. Salim was, as per usual, a fantastic and professional shuttle driver. Hanan was very personable but I found throughout my experience that sales was her focus, not on my needs as a returning customer on a budget. Came in for an oil change and was called with $1800 estimate for repairs, most of which were simply way over priced and unnecessary...for the second time! Crazy and not really impressive. More

Would have given them a piece of my mind if there were any receptionists at either of their desks....over all fail on the reception staff...But what saved it for me was the efficient service center and shuttle service. Salim called me to ask if I wanted to be picked up before he got busy! What a great guy. They were busy and even though I had been late to my appointment because of the new location they had taken care of my vehicle in a couple of hours....Good job guys! More

I was quoted $129.00 but when I called another dealer i got a quote of $68.00 !!!! When i called back and advised them of the discrepancy they backtracked and said they would match the quote IN GOOD FAITH. So now they are insulting my intelligence but i'm more curious about their tactics. When i asked what they do for the $68.00 they said it was for an oil change only. I checked with Toyota Canada and found that there was much more than just an oil change. I contacted this dealer again and advised them of this and they argued then apologized for the error ( got caught trying to scam me ). When i called the other Toyota dealer they described exactly what Toyota Canada had said. These people will try and take advantage of you IF YOU DON'T CHECK WITH TOYOTA OR OTHER TOYOTA DEALERS before you do any SERVICE WORK with these people or JUST DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS AT ALL. More

very good customer service we were planning to buy new vehicle and we saw 2012 Lexus at Kingsway Toyota and my husband really liked it great looking vehicle low mileage and the we were planning to buy new vehicle and we saw 2012 Lexus at Kingsway Toyota and my husband really liked it great looking vehicle low mileage and the price was very good it was on sale so we sent email. Very next day Jeremy Harding replied to our email with all the details. Very profession and good knowledge on vehicle. Thank you Jeremy helping us buying our new vehicle really enjoying our new ride. Purchased new 2017 Rav4 I have to say that my dealing with Toyota Northwest has been my worst dealings with a car dealership. I purchased a new 2017 Rav4. The salesman Jerem I have to say that my dealing with Toyota Northwest has been my worst dealings with a car dealership. I purchased a new 2017 Rav4. The salesman Jeremy was great. but once out of his hands it went downhill. It started with my payout(which I misunderstood the amount the lady gave me from Toyota Canada), I was told by John H. that any extra money they charged on the contract for the trade in would be given back to me. They also told me to put a stop pymt on the next payment for the trade in(which I did). As soon as I got home I noticed the cargo mat was not in the vehicle, I called the next day and Chris was nice enough to drive out to Stony Plain to bring it to me. 2 weeks after the contract was signed I called the dealership to see when I could expect the extra money from the payout, I was told that the accounting dept messed up and didn't send in the paperwork, they would get it sent in and it should be 7-10 daysIn the meantime Toyota canada took out another payment for my trade in. so called into Chris and let him know, he said well we have $250 of the $288 payment here in out account, if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known the payment was sitting there, plus I told him I wanted the full $288 back. So again after 2 weeks called back again they said they don't know why it is taking so long, Chris said he would call Toyota about the payout amount and they will cut me a chq for the full $288, 3 days went by with no word from Chris, not even a quick call to say they were working on it or waiting for Toyota Canada to call. Called again and asked for John H. got his voice mail, 2 days in a row left voices mails for John with no response, finally 3rd day had reception page him. He said with moving into the new building his voice mail wasn't working, now wouldn't you think this would be a good thing to tell your receptionist. Finally talked to John H, he said he would call Toyota, he phoned me back to say something is funny cause they are giving him the same original payout they gave me then they are changing their mind saying no it is more, said he would look into it. Again no call back, so I called him again and he said Toyota Canada won't do anything about it and pretty much told me they aren't either. So I called Toyota Canada and we got it straightened out that I had miss heard the payout amount, which I accept responsibility. So I asked her how it is then that John called and they gave him the same payout amount they originally gave me (which wasn't right cause i misunderstood), she said they record all calls from customers, dealers, etc. and they do not have one on record that John had called and inquired with them at all. SO basically I was lied to by John & Chris that they had called at all...Nice to know that is the kind of dealership I am dealing with. You can't get calls back, why should I have been the one chasing them all the time. More
