Down sizing to a Corola iM I had enjoyed having my Toyota Tundra 2014 with its power and comfortable ride. I was very useful in moving and hauling trailers. However, my lifest I had enjoyed having my Toyota Tundra 2014 with its power and comfortable ride. I was very useful in moving and hauling trailers. However, my lifestyle has changed and I was looking for a smaller and more economical car to extend my retirement funds. I came in to explore the possibilities and they were very helpful in showing my that this could be done with an acceptable exchange of value and lead me through a the decision process and I came away with a sexy little 2017 Toyota Corolla iM! Very Disappointed! Brought my truck in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I knew going in it was going to be expensive and I had no problem with the price quoted for Brought my truck in for a rear wheel bearing replacement. I knew going in it was going to be expensive and I had no problem with the price quoted for the job. Wheel bearing was replaced and the truck runs great now. However...... Service advisor calls me and says that the mechanic is having problems removing the speed sensor dealing with my wheel bearing replacement. Says that I would have to pay for the part if he broke it. Says he's having troubles because the sensor is rusty. (IT"S PLASTIC) I'm guessing it was already broken when he called. New sensor would be $500. Parts for my wheel bearing job were $319. Service Manager calls and starts going on about how the connections are brittle and that's why it broke. Says he used WD40 but it still broke. Again PLASTIC. I'm a Heavy Duty Mechanic and I've broken things on customers equipment that wasn't broken when the equipment came in. Difference is that my company doesn't call the customer and say hey we broke something this is how much extra its going to be. It's called Integrity. Look that word up TOYOTA NORTHWEST EDMONTON!!!!! I would like to mention that the lady working at the reception service desk and Zahir the shuttle driver were both very pleasant. Keep it up guys. Jason H. More
