The used vehicle I purchased was delivered clean and ready for the road - even fueled up which I had not been expecting! And so far the car has performed flawlessly. I would buy from these people again - no doubt. The one area that I wasn't very happy about was Toyota Northwest's inability to accept personal cheques (even though I was willing to leave the vehicle until the cheque cleared) or even via email transfer. They made it difficult to simply get the full amount from my bank account to theirs without having to visit the bank to make payment arrangements on the same day. They have very little flexibility in this area and it was quite annoying. The mechanical/safety inspection and Carproof for the vehicle was also helpful. Everything was above board and I was treated okay. One of the better car buying experiences I have had - thank you, Toyota Northwest! More

Kris, in finance, remained personable and even stayed late to ensure we understood the options that were right for our needs. He also, took the time to evaluate our credit, and point out areas where we may be able to improve our credit rating. Pre owned sales Nothing short of a positive experience. I had been searching for months for a good pre owned truck. However living in a small town 4 hours out if the Nothing short of a positive experience. I had been searching for months for a good pre owned truck. However living in a small town 4 hours out if the city made it hard to get out and find the right vehicle. I replied to a kijiji email and within five minutes Coreena gave me a call. The particular truck I was interested in was sold. So she talked me through navigating the website which was very helpful. I found a newer truck with less kilometers on it for a great price. The following Saturday I drove to the dealership where Coreena promptly welcomed me. She showed me the truck, which without telling me had a new tonneau cover which would be added at no additional cost. So not being from the city I was unsure of where to go on the test drive (I wanted to do highway and city driving) so she offered to tag along as the navigator. Once back at the dealership it was hard to hide that I was sold. Not much longer I had the paperwork all signed and was ready to rock. The manager came out with Coreena and thanked us for our business, which I considered to be a nice touch to a great experience. Coreena then mentioned she saw I was eyeing up a certain hat in the shop, and that she would be mailing it to me. This was my first positive experience at any dealership. There was not any undue pressure to buy, or pesky questioning. She ensured that any question I had was answered to my full satisfaction. In the end I was very comfortable with the sale. I would recommend Coreena to anybody. She provides a relaxed and easy environment to what can be a stressful situation. Thank you once again! More
