Customer Service went above and beyong Zahir was my courtesy driver and he went above and beyond. I had to go all the way in the southside for work and typically the courtesy service does d Zahir was my courtesy driver and he went above and beyond. I had to go all the way in the southside for work and typically the courtesy service does drive that far from the dealership. Zahir was so friendly and happy made the drive very pleasant. He offered to grab me when i finished work at 5:00 pm. I asked Zahir what was his hours of work he advised 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. He was working far past his time. deceived I don't recommend trading a car when they don't explain why your cost would balloon and will sell you insurance you do not need. and I found out later I don't recommend trading a car when they don't explain why your cost would balloon and will sell you insurance you do not need. and I found out later thru a friend I met who was a victim as well. that is when i looked into my contract and it is too late. as a matter of fact, they were collecting 500 before checking my credit. when we told the finance guy no we will just come back they insisted and said they will waive the fee. how could you collect a fee just to check the credit? amvic should know about this. i may not be able to warn everyone but at least my friends and loved ones will be spared. it is better to sell you car instead of trading it. there is no financial circumstance why I feel so angry. only i was not given the informed decision i need. next to a house, this is the next big purchase for ordinary people and ordinary people should be more informed. and at the end of it, the dealer would tell you you should have said no. it is like saying you didn't know better and that is your fault. i didn't know better for sure and they knew that and took advantage of it.
