We did a lot of research and visited most of the dealerships in the Edmonton area when deciding on our new van. Everyone that we met at Northwest was very friendly and willing to help, but Kenton is the real reason why we bought at Northwest. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and really tried to get us into the right van for our needs. Even after everything was done Kenton to the time to go through the vehicle with us and explain everything about the new van. Even when there was an option that was different between the 2017 and 2018 models he asked a mechanic to come in and explain it to us to make sure everything was correct. We feel great about our new van are happy that we purchased from Northwest and not from another dealership in the area. More

Wonderful no pressure shopping experience I recently traded in my vehicle for something a little bigger and a little newer.
