I took my Rav4 to this dealer for the first time, BIG MISTAKE! The engine light showed up. Mechanic Peter diagnosed the problem as ignition coil has to be replaced. I spent around $1,200. The followi MISTAKE! The engine light showed up. Mechanic Peter diagnosed the problem as ignition coil has to be replaced. I spent around $1,200. The following day, the engine light showed up again with the same problem. I took my car back again and this time I was told I have to spend over $1,500 to get the same ignition coil replaced. I took my car to Mayfield Toyota this time and was told the ignition coil need to be replaced. I showed the receipt from Northwest Toyota and the service clerk and mechanic of Mayfield Toyota were at a loss for word. In short, I got SCAMMED! Furthermore, the mechanic at Mayfield Toyota noticed one of the fuel injectors was leaking which was not leaking before. The ignition coil was replaced by Mayfield Toyota mechanic. The ignition coil problem never showed up again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO NORTHWEST TOYOTA EDMONTON!!!! More

Excellent service while trading in our older Rav4. Northwest Toyota has been wonderful to us since it was built, as was the original Kingsway Toyota. This is our 5th Toyota. We brought our Rav4 in for a service and ended up trading up for a new 2019 Rav4 Trail. We had read about the new 2019s and considered looking around while our car was being serviced. The week before our appointment, Houssen from Sales called us and asked if we might be interested in trading up. Long story short, once he had taken us for a drive in a Demo, we were sold. We live in the Territories and had our days in Edmonton planned with hotels booked. Houssen went above and beyond to get the exact Trail that we wanted and readied for us, so that we could leave the area for home, on time. Darryl in Finance, too, was tremendous in getting everything in order for us, as well. We also want to mention the two service ladies who have helped us over the years. Thank you so much Angela and Hanan. Your constant caring and communication has been so appreciated. Congratulations Northwest Toyota. You are the best! More
