Dear Bailey, I purchased the car May 1, 2012. I have been in touch with Dave Hill today, and he has agreed to refund my credit card for the Diagnostic test. I have not yet heard back from Toyota Roadside Assistance regarding a refund for my Tow bill. Since I did have RoadSide Assistance, until Sept 2013, which I was not told at time of my purchase. So I declined the $399 Toyota Roadside assistance, when I paid for the car. Why would your finance guy (he is prob not there now either)try to sell me something that I already had? Sincerely, Concerned Consumer

I have no idea why a finance manager would try and sell you something you already had (I would be ticked off too) Our finance managers have had a full turn around in the last few months as well with a new Finance Director making sure everything is running smoothly and everyone is educated on the processes that we have in place. I am happy to hear Dave Hill is taking care of the test and I passed along your number to my General Manager so he can look further into this issue. As well thank you for being a concerned consumer, as we do not want our guests to be upset. We will do our best to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Bailey

thanks Bailey, I have tried to find his name on my paperwork, but I don't have it, my car was signed off by Dan Ireland,when I paid it out in full, but it was not him that tried to upsell the $399 Roadside Assistance. The guy was a 30 something Brown guy. Nicole
