When I acquired my 2006 Toyota Rav4 I took it to the most convenient dealer in the areas I most often visited; this was Sun Toyota on Edmonton's south side. It was here I first met Johnny Yu; and I found him to give very friendly, efficient, and satisfactory service. As a result I continued to use his services even after I traded the Rav4 in on my current 2010 Toyota Venza, and further when he was promoted as service manager. When I took the Venza in for service in the spring of 2013 I was disapointed to discover Johnny Yu was no longer employed at Sun Toyota; but had relocated to Kingsway Toyota. I phoned to confirm he was, in fact, there, and when it became time for the Venza's fall service went to Kingsway Toyota where I was able to reconnect with Johnny and once again receive the exceptional friendly service he has always provided to me and my vehicles.
