Don't bother making an appointment for service. I booked a 9 am appt on a Saturday, arrived early and was advised it would be 2 hours before I would get in. I called on Monday to discuss with the I booked a 9 am appt on a Saturday, arrived early and was advised it would be 2 hours before I would get in. I called on Monday to discuss with the service manager and wasn't given any reason why I was told I had to wait 2 hours, when my appointment was at 9. It isn't the first time this has happened but it was the last. No service performed, taking my time and business elsewhere. Why bother having appointments if you don't honour them??? More
