One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving friendly and prompt greetings. The sales department is very attentive and not rushed at all. We had time to think and they didn't feel pressured at all. We dealt with the sales representative Tim. Very nice guy, very knowledgeable, and didn't LIE. If he didn't know an answer to a question we asked he would find out. Sales manager Justin was also very good. We had questions on the offers and numbers and he was very upfront and again, he did not LIE like most dealerships do. There was no hiding made up numbers and hidden dealership fees like some. Financing was the same way again. We dealt with Alan. He was very professional and went through all the options we had for financing, esp, and insurances. Again we felt no pressure to get anything we did not need or want. Over all a very good experience and will go back to this dealership for my next Toyota vehicle. She let me make my decisions and helped me initiate when I was ready. I really appreciated this kind of service. More

Only thing I would suggest is following the other business with a free one switch from for the wonderful experience with buying my first Toyota. Only thing I would suggest is following the other business with a free one switch from winter tires to spring when bought from your dealership I also bought rim's. 30 dollars is not a big deal to me but i was surprised you did not do this. Not your average car deal This whole thing started when I Googled best Prius V price in Edmonton. The rest, as they say, is history. But, what a history. Found the deal of our This whole thing started when I Googled best Prius V price in Edmonton. The rest, as they say, is history. But, what a history. Found the deal of our dreams on the Internet, a new 2012 vehicle in the Used vehicle inventory at a great price (I know what you are thinking, too good to be true right). We were also skeptical until we saw the car in person. Kiomi and Wade worked hard to make the deal happen and we were soon ready to take delivery. But, a funny thing happened on the way to pick up the car. A slight mishap meant we would have to delay pickup for a further week. Again, Kingsway made it right, providing a loaner car until then and ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. There was still one further visit required for some paint protection and even that worked out well, despite taking longer than expected. A warranty issue was corrected on the same visit and we left entirely satisfied. We can not say enough about the service and desire to please of the Kingsway team. We would recommend anyone give them a try. More
