I was helped right from the very beginning when I was looking at a used 4Runner. I ended up being approved for a new one and they went the extra mile to order one in and to make sure I experienced superior customer service. They worked hard to get me approved and to get me a great rate unlike the other dealer. The ENTIRE staff from the parts people to the salesman, finance manager, GM, receptionists, and everyone I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Instead of being treated badly, like you are at some dealers, I was treated with respect, like family and it was a very enjoyable experience. I can't say enough good things about this dealer and I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to purchase. I now own a brand new 2014 4Runner and I am extremely happy. The financing process was easy and they explained everything and were incredibly helpful. The whole dealership seems to operate with the principle of putting others first and treating them how you like to be treated. Highly recommend shopping there!!!! More

Getting the best price is always important but really after you pay and they get your money that is when a dealership shines. From the time you walk in the door you have great sales people, finance, and a great service department. This is what really matters. Ron has been by far the best salesman I have had contact with. Honest, friendly, accommodating, straight forward, returns calls quickly (even on off days) and not once did I feel pressured. He was the only salesperson out of all 4 dealerships that would return my call when we were ready to buy on their days off. We went in to sign and it was quick and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. Ron goes above and beyond to help. Finance was also wonderful. Chris had another customer in his office the day we were picking up the Highlander and as he was going past us he said can I help you I told him we were just waiting for him as we needed our paperwork to go and register the vehicle. He got the paperwork done right away so we could go and come back. When we came back everything was ready to go. Unfortunately had a problem with the tailgate, phoned and they fit me in that day. Service was so patient, took the time to listen even when it was crazy busy there. As I sat in the waiting area all the ladies and gentlemen at service counter were great with all customers. Again Ron came back and forth to check on me and to see what they found out. Once they had made some changes they explained everything and took me back to show me what they had done. It still isn't fixed but I know they are working really hard to find out what is wrong and even going to phone Toyota Canada to see what their options are. Hopefully it gets worked out. Everyone there is working together to give the customers the best service possible. They definitely are a team and I would recommend them to anyone. More

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving friendly and prompt greetings. The sales department is very attentive and not rushed at all. If he didn't know an answer to a question we asked he would find out. Sales manager Justin was also very good. We had questions on the offers and numbers and he was very upfront and again, he did not LIE like most dealerships do. There was no hiding made up numbers and hidden dealership fees like some. Financing was the same way again. We dealt with Alan. He was very professional and went through all the options we had for financing, esp, and insurances. Again we felt no pressure to get anything we did not need or want. Over all a very good experience and will go back to this dealership for my next Toyota vehicle.
