My wife's 2004 Rav4 has been a very dependable vehicle and having owned three Celicas and a Forerunner in the past I tend to gravitate towards Toyota because of reliability. Buying a vehicle for me is a process and I appreciated Kyle's patience to find a solution that got us the vehicle we wanted at a price point that worked for us. It took a couple of weeks but we got it done. I appreciated Jordan's affability in dealing fairly and promptly with a minor issue that we had. It bodes well for for the future when we bring the vehicle back for servicing. By all means shop around (I did) but if you are buying a Toyota I would highly recommend giving Kingsway a try before you sign on the dotted line. Our thanks Phil & Ruth More

I pulled into kingsway and I normally hate when sales people come up to me when I am just looking most make me feel like I need to buy right away and try to lead me in a direction I don't want. Ron on the other hand made my experience by far the best ever! There was no pressure, he didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale.I felt relaxed. Ron, Justin and Mike took their time to explain things to me and searched for the vehicle I went in looking for, while still feeling comfortable. Though I didn't walk out with exactly what I wanted, they explained to me how I could come back when the time is right to get what I want. I am definitely beyond satisfied in what I drove out with and wouldn't change it for the world. (other than the automatic transmission-minor issue-easily fixable). I have recommended this dealer to many of my friends and outsiders that have admired my beautiful truck. The excellent service continued after I left in my new vehicle. Ron was there to answer all my questions, even on his off time would he takes the time and effort to keep me smiling ;-) I have moved out of the city and need my first oil change, there were no questions or second thoughts that I was going to have it done at Kingsway. As is the case with all transactions, services & deliverables of this nature, I would not hesitate to say that there were a few small slips here and there at the time of delivery, but these were amply and aptly made up very well by the sales team comprising of the wonderful Tim Pham, the energetic and convincing Alan Lim, and last but not the least the sales manager Jon Goretzki were all wonderful and very helpful without which this deal could not have been seen to fruition. I would be failing if I do not make mention of Tim Pham whose help was tremendous and he went out of the way to accommodate my requests for help in getting the necessary paper works and banking jobs. I wish him all the best in his career and with this kind of exemplary positive attitude that he has displayed, I am sure of his growth up the ladder for more higher hierarchical positions in the near future. Outstanding services and extremely friendly I arrived on Thursday night to look for replacement vehicle. Scott asked me what are my needs for the vehicle and they showed me different options.
