He is knowledgable, informative, helpful, most importantly he's honest. We never felt pushed to get anything done on our vehicles that we were not comfortable with. Moreover, he has always accommodated our schedule and offered us loaner vehicle whenever possible. When there was an issue with our vehicles, he always took his time to explain the problem and how it impact the safety of the vehicle. There were couple times where we need certain thing fixed immediately, he went above and beyond and made it happen for us. He exceeded our expectation every time. We really enjoy servicing our vehicle at Kingsway Toyota because of Johnny. The exemplary customer service provided by him brings us back every time. More
