The car we got was out of our price range but he figured something out to give us a special price closer to our expectations! We got some nice deals and insurance on tires and rims, protection for the car paint, and remote starter that we couldn't find anywhere else. When the tire manufacturer failed to honour the promotion, Kingsway Toyota (with the help of Appointment Coordinator James Zeng) generously credited my account with the amount of the discount. "Haneen is #1 in Customer Service, she is an Angel" All the staff I communicated with on the phone, and in person, were very friendly and helpful. But the person I dealt with 97% of the time was Haneen. All the staff I communicated with on the phone, and in person, were very friendly and helpful. But the person I dealt with 97% of the time was Haneen. I drive a Toyota that I bought new in 2005, that has been awesome, and only has just over 88,000 kms. on it. I needed a re-built transmission, plus an oil change, minor tune-up, and some minor repairs. Though there was a short delay in having the transmission delivered, the above and beyond help, kindness, and support I received from Haneen in every step of the way, helped make a trying time quite pleasant. My vehicle is running like brand new too, and though I must add I only picked it up yesterday, but as this is my 3rd Toyota I have owned, I have yet to have a problem with Toyota Dealerships not backing up their work 100%.
