Salesman was not your usual salesman Sam was the associate that sold us our Rav4 and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, and adaptation of communication towards Sam was the associate that sold us our Rav4 and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, and adaptation of communication towards me and my wife. I had done my research and as such, our convo was more technical whereas with my wife, it was explaining the features that interested her. With a growing family, we needed a SUV and Sam delivered. Tried to hide a trade-in lien switching vehicle Stay away from these guys! The service itself is just correct but the people are totally disorganized and not motivated. Your are not a valued custome Stay away from these guys! The service itself is just correct but the people are totally disorganized and not motivated. Your are not a valued customer, merely a number. They are so big they don't care about customers. Now when it comes to sales, here's what happened to us: we asked if it was possible to switch early (a year and a half early) from a Prius C Hybrid Technology to a RAV4 Hybrid SE 2017 and we specifically asked if no penalties. Now they keep saying that the 6,500$ extra they charged us is not a penalty. It's just the payment of the rest of the lease... When we had our appointment with them we asked many times again: no penalties right: they said no, because they charged us something else they don't call penalty: you paying to return the car early with low mileage so that they can resell it with a very good profit (probably their definition of win-win: win twice on their side...). Anyhow a day after I realized that when I left they also didn't give me lease agreement I had signed, so when I went to Toyota.ca to redo an estimate like a brand new lease (my definition of no penalty), I had no way to find where the difference was coming from. And when I emailed them and later called them because they did not call or email back, they finally admitted the difference came from the fact I was returning the car early, something I had asked them specifically not to do. Now I have been reimbursed the $200 deposit, I'm going to use the car until the end of the lease next year and then I will probably get a RAV4 hybrid but certainly not at this dealership. Who knows how many times they have done this before and how many times they will continue to do it: so word of advice: STAY AWAY OF TOYOTA GABRIEL ! ! ! THESE ARE CROOKS WITH SUITS. More
