Don’t waste your time, very bad experience with President Toyota on St Catherin. I booked an appointment with them three weeks ago. When I got to the shop they said I dint have an appointment. Lucky for my s Toyota on St Catherin. I booked an appointment with them three weeks ago. When I got to the shop they said I dint have an appointment. Lucky for my smart phone, I had proof off the calls made with the dates and time. So I get the usual, “sorry and we have no place for you today and can you keep the car with us until tomorrow”. I took the day off from work for them and got up at 8am to be there, three weeks I waited!! The reason I took it to them in the first place was a known problem with the 4runner community; the back hatch window goes down automatically, even when the car is turned off. When I called to make the appointment, the guy on the other end says “let me speak with my technician and get back to you”. Then he gives me the appointment assuring me that they knew what was wrong with the truck. When I got there, the service manager was oblivious to the problem. If I wanted a tech to tinker around for hours to find a problem and charge me bundle, I could have gone to any mom and pop garage..Never again will I trust a dealership.. More
