Wow, was amazed!! I have never in all my years received such excellent customer service from such happy staff! Before I left had a quick chat with the busy CJ who is trying to upgrade me to a brand new Buick (he never stops) and of course, Eddie came along for a brief second. I was very upfront with them as to my situation and that I didn’t want to take a credit hit if they didn’t think they could get me approved. They assume red me they could I spent two weeks jumping threw hoo I didn’t want to take a credit hit if they didn’t think they could get me approved. They assume red me they could I spent two weeks jumping threw hoops to get a truck for my business and in the end after papers signed they tell me the bank pulled out . Never in all my years have I heard of this happening. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t even cover it. There was numerous mistakes made by the dealer in the process cause I was handed to half a dozen people in the two week period. It’s like this was there first time but I was already invested in the situation so I had to see it threw. Lucky for me I didn’t absolutely need the truck and will get along fine without it but if your reading this and are unsure then go elsewhere or be prepared to pay more then you want if they actually get you approved. I would gladly give you a list of other dealers I have bought and sold from in the last 30 plus years. I would go as far to say any other dealer after my experience but I’m sure there are others out there equally as terrible. More
