Amazing Service! Once again, I have received excellent service from this dealership. The ever so efficient, Marvin, called to inform me my new tires were in & Lynn (su Once again, I have received excellent service from this dealership. The ever so efficient, Marvin, called to inform me my new tires were in & Lynn (such a lovely person) promptly met me when I arrived & took the required info to proceed. A young man did an awesome job not only with the installation, but, also by putting on a new part to ensure "the light" on the instrument panel doesn't come back on. While I was waiting, Helena dropped by to say, "Hi" along with Brian. The dear Eddie Shea (great personality) came by for a chat and set me up with a wonderful young man, Keagan Matheson, to test drive a newer model of my auto. What a charming young man! While paying, Marvin, Lynn, Robin & I had a brief chat, where Marvin took the time to explain a detail to me & then I was introduced to my technician, Shawn LeClair. This was special to me as I take pride in my auto's & appreciate meeting the person who, actually, works on them. Township is such a wonderful business where every member of the staff goes the extra mile to ensure the client is pleased & I must add..entertained...while the client waits.
