Was glad to see the "woodsman" Marvin with his new hair and beard snipped and enjoyed a chat with him and Paul (the funny man). Got to say "hi" to the busy Alex Morrison from up home, too!! Edie stopped by to have a quick chat and is still looking for a used GMC truck for my husband. Wish to thank whoever inspected my auto for the fast service. It would be nice to have their name added to the Invoice so a client knows who did the, actual, service work as I forgot to ask the beautiful and sweet Jessica when she reviewed the invoice with me. Introduced to two (new to me) employee's, the lovely MacKenize and handsome with the wonderful smile, Tanishq. Overall, again, excellent customer service in a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. The now married Marvin & Eddie stopped by for a short chat but since I had spent the morning with a friend at her cottage at Chelton Beach and Jessica was just finishing my invoice, I didn't have much time. Another great visit, this time for an inspection and health check on my auto. Grerted by Nabe, such a cute smile! Jago gave me some paper mats that I use all the time..thank you, again. I believe it was Cody who tended to my auto & did a wonderful job, as per usual. The dear, MacKenze, washed and scrubbed the bugs off my auto after. While waiting Pat breezed through on another mission, phew...no trade truck talk..haha & had to slip upstairs to see that Boston fan for a brief second! Mr. Toner even said "Hello'! Had a nice chat with Paul to congratulate him on his devoton and dedicated years of service! Wow! The remainder of my time was spent chatting with a couple of MY former clients who had purchased an auto the mate of mine but were in getting work done on their truck. Service was a bit longer but it is well worth the few extra minutes when you are enjoying youself!! Santa should be extra good to each and everyone of you!! Drove down for my oil change appointment and was greeted by Nabe, who took charge and got my auto in quicky. Than you to he staff (don't have names) who cleaned it up and replaced the air filter. Pat came to chat for a moment, trying to get me to upgrade (he is a salesman, afterall), Marvin said a quick hello and Brittany stopped by. Had to go upstairs to say a quick "hello" to Eddie and I was on my way. Staff are still very friendly and am pleased the mechanic's went above and beyond to clean up for dog food. Oh my, I was so pleased to have Sasha check me in for an "express" oil change. Got a Silverado last july and part of the deal is getting a tonneau cover waiting for almost 3 months and they gave me a used one. I am still in awe at the amazing service at Township. Signed in for an inspection by a nice genteman, Roberto (love his name) and was well looked after. Even though I left with a big RED "REJECT" sticker, I know my auto will be in great hands when my tires come in, are put on and are aligned!! Township staff are so knowledgable and it is wonderful to see so many clients from West Prince at the dealership! Young friends, who didn't think they would qualify for a brand new auto are overjoyed that they were approved and can now feel they can drive their children in a reliable and safe auto. I thank Township for looking after them so well! I always enjoy the discussions I have with others about the sales, parts, service people and management of Township. Your business may want to make a sale but, in my humble opinion, your team looks after the client's needs and wishes first (which is so important) before resulting in a sale. It's so easy to see that Township operates as a "TEAM" which makes everyone appreciate and enjoy their work and keeps that smile on their faces!! More
