New Truck, love vehicle, hate service. Bought a new truck, was told my old car was to be paid off, never was. Left me with a new truck payment, and repo on old car. Manager/Owner never returned phone calls, Went once for warranty work they replaced ball joint, but never re-aligned front end, and never asked if I wanted it done. VERY POOR BUSINESS, only your money is good here. More

They sold me a damaged used truck. Cost me an extra 4000$ after a week. The truck looked great but sounded loud when test drive. They told me it was just a big truck. Not knowing a lot about mechanics, I trusted the dealer. The next week I almost lost a wheel while driving. Got the truck to my mechanic and found out the noise was due to shut down bearings and more. All wheels were rusted on and broke from inside. My mechanic told me it was impossible for a licence dealer to not know about it. When I contacted the management, they told me " If you're not happy with it, take it back." At that time it had cost me over 4000$ in repairs on my wheels. More
